Dear Community Business Leader:

Please allow me to introduce you to the West Florida Flames (WFF) (formerly BAYSL and West Florida Premier), recently ranked as one of the top soccer clubs in the State of Florida. Last year, WFF registered about 1900 players in our soccer programs, with 30 competitive teams, 116 recreational teams, 22 TARSA recreational teams, 12 adult teams, and 80 TOPSoccer players. We recently merged and are now the largest club in the state of Florida.

In August 2012, we will be registering for our upcoming fall/winter recreational season. Once again, we are looking for sponsors for each of our recreational teams, as well as select team sponsors; these are vital to the program’s economic health and the reason our fees are as low as they are.

Being a West Florida Flames sponsor will give your business major exposure as the fields are always busy – practices are nightly, and all the recreational and select team games on weekends draw a huge amount of traffic to the fields. All will be listed on web and be part of at least one email blast with sponsor name, business description, and contact info; a link will be made directly to the sponsor's website if applicable. The options regarding sponsorship are listed below.

 

Here are the different levels of sponsorships available:

Levels of Involvement – businesses listed on the web will have a link made directly to the sponsor’s website (ex. see mine at

Levels of Sponsorship:

1. Any size donation is appreciated!

2. $250 Sponsorship level – web advertising plus opportunity to do promotional fliers for tournaments (ex. discounts for lunch at restaurant, etc)

3. $575 Sponsorship level – web advertising, opportunity to do promotional fliers for tournaments, plus large 5 ft. X 8 ft. sign with your business logo for the entire season

4. $1500 Sponsorship level/season – this is a 3 year commitment and includes web advertising, opportunity to do promotional fliers for tournaments, plus giant field sign at a particular field all season that will be named after the business.

5. If a business donates for a particular player and wants a field sign (#3) the cost of signage will be deducted from that amount.

6. Donations in Kind - if a business donates goods with a value of equal to or less than $500, they will get web advertising; if greater than $500, they will get web advertising plus the opportunity to promote their business for tournaments as stated above. Donations in kind over $1000 get the above plus a large field sign with their business logo. All the sponsors will be listed on the web.

Note that a business can sponsor an individual but gets nothing in return and no advertising from WFF; for advertising and promotions a business can sponsor only teams and/or tournament play
