The West Florida Flames offers two divisions of our adult recreational leagues the play at JC Handly Park and Heather Lakes Park.  Both are coed and play 8v8 on a 75 yd X 50 yd field. The Over 20 league is for players that have completed their youth eligibility and is an open adult division. The Over 30 league is for men 30 and over and women 25 and older. Both leagues must have at least one female on the playing field at all times. There is a season in the fall and spring.
